Want to know where your order is? Here's how to check:
- Check your email. As soon as your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link.
- Log into your account. If you created an account at checkout, you can view your order status anytime under My Account → Orders.
- Contact us. Can't find your tracking info, or has it been more than 12 business days since you ordered? Email support@varelleofficial.com or call +1 307 228 5717 and we'll look into it for you.
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and typically arrive within 6–12 business days of being placed.
